Geometry Nodes:
Geometry Nodes are used to place the leaf clumps on the tree.

Materials:
The materials are a mix of image textures and Procedural Materials. The birch bark is a completely procedural customizable material.

Particle Systems:
Particle systems are used to make the leaves falling off the tree. A wind force field is also used to blow the leaves.
